I solve problems through design
Well where do I begin. Everyone loves a great story, so I’ll give you a close up about my life and who I am. I was raised in a small town of only 28,000. As a youngster I grew up with the ability to “think locally, but act globally”. This was my mindset. I was always creative and between song writing, piano playing and soccer there was very little time to get into mischief.
As time passed on I began to realize what I had a passion for… music, design, business, and helping people. Solving their problems were at the top of my list. My first memory of music was with my grandma teaching me how to play little drummer boy on the piano. Later on in life I was rubbing shoulders with the industries best in New York along with my singing group. Fast forward some more and I had my song “Stop It” at number 3 on the TOP 8 at 8 of Toronto’s first urban radio station FLOW 93.5.
Fast forward to my design and business stage. I had designed my own logo and started my own clothing line in my 20’s. What’s weird is that my highlight from my clothing line experience was when someone stole my clothes from the stores and also broke into my car just to take my sweaters. Someone wanted those sweaters real bad.
All throughout my life I have had a passion for helping people with their problems no matter how big or small. It was hard, but I soon began to understand that you cannot fix everything. You just have to analyze and learn from your experiences. That is what is most important… “Identify Problem+Quick Analysis+Find Solutions+Analysis+Fix=Learn”.
